This two-day practical programme equips participants with the knowledge and skills to combine Generative AI with business workflow automation using Claude AI, AI Agents and n8n.
Participants will progress from using Generative AI for individual productivity to designing and developing connected business workflows. The programme covers structured prompt engineering, document and information processing, AI Agent design, business process mapping, n8n workflow development, conditional logic, data handling and integration of Claude AI with business applications.
Through guided hands-on exercises and realistic workplace scenarios, participants will build AI-powered workflows capable of analysing information, making structured recommendations, routing tasks, generating business outputs and supporting repetitive business processes.
By the end of the programme, participants will develop an end-to-end business automation prototype that combines Claude AI, AI Agents and n8n for practical workplace implementation.

Who can claim:
Employers registered with HRD Corp whose levy payments are up to date, under the HRD Corp Claimable Courses (SBL-Khas) scheme.
Before the course:
Apply for the grant in e-TRiS before training starts. Approval has to be in place before the first day, so leave yourself a few days.
After the course:
We submit the course-fee claim to HRD Corp, and the approved fee is paid from your levy balance. Claims are filed within six months of the training.
